Last time we ate out, I bought a sub for a guy who clearly needed a meal. I didn't care if he was addicted to drugs or booze, if it were me or one of my family members, I would want someone to have the heart to help out. I wish more people were like that couple, I wish we could band together and help others who need it - in our own backyard. We can't really fix the problems across the world if we can't take care of our own, right? Beautifully written, by the way.
