(I know. This is post 2 for today. Go me.)
I’ve decided to take part (largely due to Rachelskirt’s urging) in NaBloPoMo this year. National Blog Posting Month is the blogging world’s response to the ever-popular NanoWriMo. Someday, maybe, I’ll do NanoWriMo, but I just don’t have the time this year. Instead, NaBloPoMo is a great alternative. Basically, instead of writing a piece of a novel every day, you write a blog post every day.
Because I’m notoriously bad about posting regularly, maybe this will help me get into that habit (21 days and all that mess, right?). My posts will be cross posted between here, and my NaBloPoMo page, but I think everyone does it a little bit differently.
So, keep watch, I’ll be posting something every day, be it big or small.
If you want to join, you can either head over to the NaBloPoMo site OR, there’s a button over in the sidebar just over to the right.
Wish me luck, and good luck to all of you who are also taking part.

good luck! someday I’ve gotta get a real site up and stop using lj…

Jake: Thanks for the well-wishing. If you want some hosting, let me know. As long as you pay for your domain, I’ll host for you if you want a site. Additionally, I thought I had checked all the links, but clearly I hadn’t. Thanks for letting me know!

I miss LiveJournal.
Also, good luck!!

You really need to start that “Rachelskirts Made Me Do It” category, though. I want to keep tabs on exactly how bossy I am. It’ll be an interesting study. Or something.

Rachelskirts: Thanks! You, too!
Also, I have made the category, I just haven’t gone back through all the entires to add it just yet. I mean, technically, all of my entries since you and I started talking could be marked as such, but I think I’ll be a little more selective than that.

I hadn’t heard of NaBloPoMo before. I wanted to do NaNoWriMo, but I’m doing some freelance work and don’t have time for it. :-/ This I can handle! :)

Ordinary Girl: Welcome to NaBloPoMo! This is my first year to participate, and I’m having a blast. Good luck to you, and best of luck to you whenever you do get to try out NaNoWriMo, too! I’m hoping to do it next year, but we’ll see.
